Liz Vassey began her acting career when she was nine years old and was later in over fifty productions and musicals. When she was sixteen, she moved to New York and joined the team for All My Children. To honor her performance, she was nominated for an award called a Daytime Emmy. In film and television, Swallow is at the other end of the law playing a detective on Ringer as well as a detective's wife in Southland and a bounty hunter in The Odds CBS Pilot The Odds a bank robber on Medium and an American RV-traveling hooker on The Lucky Ones. In addition, she was a mermaid in Flight of the Conchords and was a part of the feature film The Rift directed by Shana Sosin.
